GEMINI DECOLLETAGE & MECANIQUE SA, produces parts engineered from steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel or any other proprietary product. All material is checked and identified on arrival to ease traceability of the product to be manufactured.

We are specially equipped for medium and large runs but our flexibility enables us to make test batches or even samples. Our customers use our products in a large variety of fields from locksmithing to aerospace. For that reason, our products can be anything from a simple pin to a part with several counter-operations.

Quality

We insist on our staff taking maximum responsibility for the tasks they undertake. Every handling or transformation of materials is described, dated and certified. This enables us to follow the product step by step. To guarantee the required quality, we carry out production checks several times a day, as well as periodically checking the measurement equipment according to the tool. If, during a check, the parts do not meet the dimensional requirements, we are equipped to carry out grading.

We are expecting ISO 9002 certification for 2002.
