The GEMINI G-2000-CN machine was designed to machine forms on solid carbide chisels for G2-74, G4-74, D6, CD, new-mach and TOR-4 machines, using diamond grinding wheels.

The GEMINI G-2000-CN machine has two stepping motors : one for vertical drive and one for horizontal drive.

The air conditioning system allows direct delivery of oil to the spindle guide pins. The constant-oiling circuit means the oil

stays clean, which considerably increases the life span of the grinding spindle.

 The essential assets of this machine are great programming flexibility, a touch screen, availability of 250-program storage in the machine memory bank and the further possibility of saving 250 programs on cassette.
